I report directly to the Board of Directors and work with them in creating the vision of where ACAR is heading and what we do for you. Once we have that vision, I work with our staff to turn it into the programs and services we offer. With the ACAR President, I am the spokesperson for ACAR to the media. Director of Member Policy and Education

I am the person to talk to if you are interested in filing an ethics complaint about a REALTOR® or if you want to fight for commission. I oversee the Professional Standards program and help to organize the hearings and mediations that resolve disputes. I make sure that your complaints are given to the Grievance Committee and if needed, the Professional Standards Committee. I also work on curriculum development and education planning to bring new and relevant courses to you. If you have questions about classes or designations, I can help you out!

I work to inform our REALTOR® members about ACAR activities, and encourage participation in those activities through all of our communication outlets externally and internally. If you saw something on weekly E-Bulletin, Facebook, Twitter or our new website and have a question let me know. Or if you are interested in advertising opportunities we have available give me a call. I want you to know what the association is doing for you. Do you want to talk politics? Do you want to know more about the laws being passed or people running for office? I’m the person to talk to. In Idaho and Nationally, REALTORS® are one of the most influential advocacy groups in politics. Whether it is working on issues vital to economic development, private property rights or quality of life - I’m here to protect your business. I coordinate the governmental, political, and public policy arenas as directed by the Board of Directors and several Committees. So call me if you want to talk politics and let’s go have a cup of coffee.

If you like to volunteer or help plan events, we need to talk! At ACAR we host a variety of member events, including our very popular monthly Agent2Agent meetings, the Give-Back Golf Tournament, and the Circle of Excellence Banquet. Or perhaps you’d like to serve on the REALTOR® Outreach Committee and volunteer to help with Paint the Town™, Rake Up Boise, or our Make-a-Difference Day project. I’m also the staff liaison for the REALTORS® Community Foundation, which supports projects and/or programs in Ada County to enhance and transform the lives of the people in the neighborhoods in which we serve. The foundation provides funding to local non-profit organizations through an annual grant application process and our Matching Gifts Program for members.

Responsible for human resources, accounts payable and accounts receivable for the Association and the Foundation. Responsible for analyzing financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital and prepares Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Activity monthly for Board of Directors review. Serves as staff liaison to the Investment Committee.
