The Ada County Association of REALTORS® is host to more than 3,100 active members! In a fast growing industry, it is important to develop relationships with colleagues, and the Ada County Association is an ideal way to cultivate those relationships. Through the Ada County Association, you will also be able to stay in touch with the latest technology, the most recent legislative changes, and current events in the real estate industry. You will also have the opportunity to become involved in community building events, such as Paint the Town and Rake Up Boise.
There are different types of membership with in the Ada County Association of REALTORS®. REALTOR® Membership is offered to licensed real estate agents, licensed residential appraisers and certified general appraisers who would like to become active members of the National, state, and local REALTOR® Associations. Registered Appraiser Trainees are not eligible for full REALTOR® membership.
Affiliate Membership is offered to individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession, have interests within the real estate community. This would include title companies, lenders, banks, home inspectors, house painters, carpet cleaners, and other real estate related industries.
