1. How much are my 2013 annual membership dues?
Your REALTOR® membership includes three organizations: the local, state, and national associations of REALTORS®. Dues are collected by the local association and forwarded to the state and national associations. In 2013, the amounts are:
Ada County Association of REALTORS® $170.00
Idaho Association of REALTORS® $180.00
National Association of REALTORS® $155.00
Suggested RPAC Investment $ 30.00 ($99.00 for brokers)
Total REALTOR® Dues, including RPAC: $535.00 (No dues increase this year!)
If paid after December 31, 2012** $635.00
**NOTE: A $100 late fee will be assessed on any payments made after 12/31/2012
2. How will I receive my 2013 invoice?
Based on your stated preference, you will receive your invoice via email or mail*. If your preference is email, you will receive the invoice from Membership@myACARonline.com on Monday, October 15, 2012.
*Your online membership record includes a “notification preference” field (email or mail). You may log in to your ACAR account online to review, confirm or change your preference. If you have questions, please contact our membership department at 376-0363.

Friday, November 30, 2012.

5. Is there an early payment incentive this year?
Yes! Payment received in full by Thursday, November 15, 2012 will receive a free 2013 Lunch & Learn Certificate (2 CE Credits and lunch – a $25 value!)
6. Is there a penalty for late payment?
Yes, the Board of Directors voted that all dues invoices that have not been paid by the close of business on Monday, December 31st, will be assessed a late fee in the amount of $100.
7. Is there a payment plan available?
Yes! The payment plan breaks the amount into 3 easy payments (Nov. 1st, Dec. 1st, and Jan. 2nd).

8. Why do I pay dues?
Your dues are an integral part in strengthening and protecting the real estate industry. Your dues dollars support programs that enhance the level of professionalism through the Code of Ethics enforcement and through the educational opportunities available. They help support the strengthening of the REALTOR® brand to help you gain consumer confidence, and give us the ability to develop and offer the tools you need to be successful. Your dues also help the REALTOR® voice be heard at the local, the state, and the federal level of government so that home ownership can continue to be a realistic dream, and not encumbered by undue fees or regulations.
