2009 Circle of Excellence Production Categories
QUALIFICATIONS: $2.5 million minimum closed production for the year 2009.
Applicant must be a primary member of ACAR in good standing at the time of the
transaction and remain in good standing. Secondary members are not eligible. COE
is an individual award and must be calculated per individual. If commission is
shared by a team, calculate production share using the same percentage as the
commission split.
• Bronze - $2.5 Million in closed production
• Silver - $3 - $4 Million in closed production
• Gold - $4 - $5.5 Million in closed production
• Platinum – Over $5.5 Million in closed production
REALTOR of the Year
The highest honor bestowed to one member in recognition of their personal commitment to excellence in the Real Estate profession and leadership qualities they exhibit in the REALTOR® organization.
Affiliate of the Year
The Affiliate of the Year Award recognizes ongoing, outstanding support of the real estate industry by being active in the local association through volunteer efforts at association events, participation in committees, and financial support through direct sponsorship or fund-raising.
Rookie REALTOR®
Rookie REALTOR® is awarded to a REALTOR® within their first licensing period and recognizes one new member for effort and work expanded in their first year in the industry
Broker of the Year
The Broker or Manager of the Year Award is presented to an ACAR broker for their individual achievement as a broker or manager.
Darlene Manning Humanitarian Recipient
The Darlene Manning Humanitarian Award recognizes an ACAR member for outstanding contributions to his/her local community. An individual that is currently involved in community outreach endeavors.
Honor Society
The Honor Society Award is given to ACAR members actively involved in a leadership position, continuing educational opportunities, and serving in community service organizations. The Lifetime Honor Society award is given to those members who have earned this award for a minimum of 10 years.Celebrating personal & professional successes of members of the Association who have achieved certain and specific high standards of qualification.
