Neighborhood Stabilization Homeownership Assistance Funds Program (NSP)
Program details include:
•Up to $40,000 or 20%, available for qualified borrowers in Caldwell and Twin Falls County
•Home must be a foreclosure
•Funds may be used for closing costs, interest write downs, and principle write downs
•Finally Home! Homebuyer Education course required-classroom only
