Boise, ID (March 9): On Saturday, April 10th the Ada County REALTORS® (ACAR) will join REALTOR® associations across the country as they kick off the first-ever REALTOR® Nationwide Open House. REALTORS® from Florida to California and right here in Boise will be participating in this event.
REALTORS® and home sellers will take part in the two-day event with Open Houses open from 10am-4pm on Saturday and 1pm-4pm on Sunday. REALTORS® will be available at each participating address to provide expertise and information for those out looking at homes
Jim Paulson, ACAR President said the activities would help those thinking about buying a home take advantage of the affordable home prices and the “money-back” tax credit for first-time buyers and move-up buyers that expires on April 30th.
“There are once in a lifetime opportunities for home ownership in our community,” says Jim Paulson. “With home prices so low, many who were out-priced in years past will be able to afford the home they’ve had an eye on. For qualified buyers who’ve been on the sidelines, the market has never looked more favorable.
