(BOISE) During a REALTOR® Appreciation Luncheon on Wednesday, January 20, Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) honored 24 Ada County REALTORS® who helped homebuyers utilize its IdaMortgage Home Loan program in 2009. These REALTORS® represented 201 buyers who purchased their homes with IdaMortgage home loans in the last two years—for a collective total of more than $30.7 million in loan reservations.
In Ada County, more than 15,869 families have received IdaMortgage loans through IHFA, an investment of over $1.3 billion.
“REALTORS® play a key role in providing information about the IdaMortgage Loan program,” said Susan Semba, IHFA Homeownership Lending Director. “This partnership is an important part of the success of our IdaMortgage program.”
The “STAR” awards are a statewide recognition program for REALTORS® who have helped their clients utilize IdaMortgage loan products. Winners are determined by the number of IdaMortgage loan program homebuyers they have represented.
The following REALTORS® received “STAR” (Saluting Top Area REALTORS®) Awards.
Gold Award
Heidi Challenger of Market Pro Real Estate received the Gold Award for representing 9 IdaMortgage homebuyers. Heidi has been a REALTOR® for 7 years.
Silver Award
Jesse Young of RE/MAX Capital City received the Silver Award for representing 7 IdaMortgage homebuyers. He has been a REALTOR® for 7 years, and received the ACAR Top Producer award his very first year in Real Estate.
Bronze Award
Nick Cracolice of Century 21 1st Place Realty received the Bronze Award for representing 7 IdaMortgage homebuyers. He has been a REALTOR® for 13 years.
