The objective of the ACAR REALTORS® Community Foundation is to support projects and/or programs in Ada County in order to transform the lives of the people in the neighborhoods in which we serve, with special consideration given to projects and/or programs focused on housing needs.
The following organizations have been selected to receive grants in 2012:

Living Independence Network
The Salvation Army
Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity
The Good Samaritan League of America, Inc.
Neighborhood Housing Services
The Jesse Tree of Idaho
City Light Home for Women & Children
Senior Solutions
Womens & Children's Alliance
Criteria for 2012 Grant Consideration
The following are general guidelines by which grant applications are reviewed and prioritized:
•Organization must be a 501(c)(3) charitable organization as classified by the IRS.
•Organization must be located in Ada County.
•Projects/programs addressing a specific community need, especially those focused on housing needs.
•Tangible projects/programs with long-term benefits impacting a significant number of people.
The ACAR REALTORS® Community Foundation does not fund organizations located outside Ada County, general operating expenses, denominational education, travel or lodging expenses, and individual or team sponsorships.
The 2012 grant application cycle is closed. Due to limited resources, there is no grant application cycle scheduled for 2013.
