Matching Gift Program

The REALTORS® Community Foundation Matching Gift Program is essential to the successful partnership approach to giving.  ACAR REALTOR® members are encouraged to use this resource to enhance their contributions to eligible community non-profit organizations.

All ACAR REALTOR® Members who are active and have paid their dues for the current calendar year are eligible to participate in the ACAR REALTORS® Community Foundation Matching Gift Program.  Affiliate members are not eligible.

Eligible organizations must be located in Ada County and be recognized by the IRS as 501(c)(3) tax exempt. Many organizations are pre-qualified and eligible to receive funding through the ACAR REALTORS® Community Foundation Matching Gifts Program.  Additional Ada County non-profit organizations may qualify and inquiries are welcome.

Gifts must be a minimum of $50 each, and will be matched dollar for dollar per participant up to an annual total of $500 per participant.  The $500 annual maximum may be a combination of multiple gifts.  Once the annual budget established by the ACAR REALTORS® Community Foundation board of directors is met, the program will close for the remainder of the year.

The ACAR REALTORS® Community Foundation board of directors reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the Matching Gift Program at any time as well as determine the eligibility of organizations to receive funds.
